Take ownership and become a subject matter expert, actively contributing to team discussions and problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations. Monitor application performance, identify areas for enhancement, and document all configuration changes. Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) is required, along with proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Developer skills. Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, working with APIs, and integrating third-party applications is essential. Familiarity with low-code development environments and the ability to troubleshoot application performance issues are also key. A full-time education spanning 15 years is a prerequisite for this role.
