As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you'll independently perform tasks and develop into a subject matter expert. Active participation in team discussions and contributing solutions to work-related challenges are expected. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements, while also monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. Documenting configuration changes and maintaining a knowledge base are key. You'll also assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet specific business needs is essential, along with a solid understanding of IT service management processes and workflows. The ability to work with APIs for integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems is crucial. Familiarity with low-code development platforms and tools is beneficial for streamlining application modifications. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management and completion of 15 years of full-time education.
