You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to develop solutions that precisely meet business requirements, all while maintaining compatibility and optimal system performance. - Independently manage tasks and develop into a Subject Matter Expert. - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. - Provide effective solutions to work-related challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement application enhancements. - Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure high availability and reliability. - Document all configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

- Proven expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and workflows. - Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules. - Ability to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs. - Familiarity with low-code/no-code development platforms is advantageous. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail for maintaining system integrity.
