As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be instrumental in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. Your role will involve adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring overall system stability.

You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to create solutions that align with business needs while maintaining optimal compatibility and performance.

Take ownership and become a subject matter expert in your domain. Actively contribute to team discussions and collaborate on problem-solving.

Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of industry trends and technologies. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure peak performance.

Develop and maintain custom SAP applications using ABAP, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms. Work across various SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, or HR as project requirements dictate.

Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization of existing ABAP programs. Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

Develop and maintain SmartForms, SAPScripts, and Adobe Forms. Implement enhancements utilizing User Exits, BADI, BAPI, and the Enhancement Framework.

Support SAP upgrades and patching activities, ensuring adherence to SAP development standards and best practices. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within SAP systems.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is mandatory for this role.

This position requires 15 years of full-time education. Experience with SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development is also a key requirement.

Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes is expected. Familiarity with low-code platforms and their integration capabilities is beneficial. Experience in managing software releases and ensuring system stability is also sought.
