A minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow is required. Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to align with business objectives. Solid understanding of APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments. Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in SaaS solutions. Ability to manage application releases and conduct impact analyses for system stability. Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies and performance optimization for packaged applications. Requires 15 years of full-time education.
