Engage in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to align features with evolving business needs. This role focuses on managing software releases and ensuring optimal system stability and performance. Leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that meet organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency.

Independently manage tasks and develop expertise to become a subject matter expert. Actively contribute to team discussions and provide innovative solutions to work-related challenges.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective application configurations. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues proactively, and maintain system reliability. Document processes and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure continuity. Provide guidance and support to junior team members on application functionalities and best practices.

Must possess strong proficiency in Ab Initio, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Apache Spark. Requires a solid understanding of data integration and processing techniques applicable to packaged applications. Experience with APIs and low-code platforms for customization and extension is essential.

Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics for efficient issue resolution is critical. Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems is expected. Excellent problem-solving skills focused on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions are required. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience specifically with Ab Initio is necessary.
