Must possess proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and have CMDB Developer skills. A strong understanding of configuration management principles and database management within ServiceNow environments is essential. Experience with integration techniques using APIs and web services for connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise systems is required. Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize low-code/no-code platforms for customizing and extending application functionality. Familiarity with release management processes and tools for application deployment and version control. Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to application configuration and performance. Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is mandatory. A foundational education spanning 15 years of full-time study is required.
