Join our team as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. This role involves adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to develop solutions that meet business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compatibility.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a preference for candidates with 2-5 years of experience. The role is full-time and based in Pune.

As an Application Engineer, you will independently configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, tailoring features to evolving business requirements. You will manage application releases, ensuring system stability and performance. Activities include using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals. Collaboration with teams to monitor system health and resolve operational challenges is also key.

Key responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert, actively contributing to team discussions, and providing solutions to work-related problems. You will gather requirements, implement enhancements, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues. Documenting configuration changes and assisting junior team members are also important aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically with ServiceNow. Proficiency in ServiceNow Portal configuration and customization is essential. Familiarity with integration techniques using APIs and web services within ServiceNow is required. The ability to work with low-code/no-code platforms for application development is crucial.

Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to efficiently identify and resolve application issues. Understanding of release management processes and version control for packaged applications is also expected. A full-time education of 15 years is a prerequisite for this position.
