As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be expected to perform independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Active participation in team discussions and contributions to problem-solving are essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and monitor application performance. Documenting configuration changes and assisting junior team members with knowledge sharing and best practices are also key aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates proficient in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with a strong understanding of configuration management principles. Experience with APIs and integration techniques is vital for connecting packaged applications. Familiarity with low-code platforms for customization and the ability to analyze system performance for improvements are expected. A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically with ServiceNow CMDB is required. A full-time education spanning 15 years is a prerequisite for this role.
