We are seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, tailoring features to meet evolving business needs. You will manage application releases and ensure system stability and performance.

Your daily activities will involve leveraging standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to develop solutions that align with organizational goals. This includes maintaining compatibility and ensuring optimal performance across various system components. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to monitor system health and resolve operational challenges is also a key aspect of this position.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). A solid understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or SaaS environments is essential.

Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code development platforms to extend functionality is required. The ability to effectively manage software releases and coordinate deployment activities is also necessary. Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure application stability and performance is expected. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions are crucial for this role.
