- Independently perform tasks and develop expertise to become a subject matter expert. - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. - Document all configuration changes and maintain a knowledge base for future reference. - Mentor and guide junior team members by sharing knowledge.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow. - Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and its capabilities. - Proven experience in configuring workflows, business rules, and service catalog items within ServiceNow. - Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services. - Familiarity with low-code development environments and tools for application customization. - Knowledge of release management processes and version control within the ServiceNow ecosystem. - A total of 15 years of full-time education is required.
