As an Application Engineer, you will be expected to become a subject matter expert and perform independently. Your responsibilities include actively contributing to team discussions, offering solutions to complex work-related problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. You will also monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, document configuration changes, and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD). Essential technical skills include proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, familiarity with APIs and integration techniques, and experience with low-code platforms. Strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of release management processes within SaaS environments are also required. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
