Join our team as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer and play a key role in configuring and supporting our packaged and SaaS applications. You'll be instrumental in adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring robust system stability. This position leverages standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to create solutions that meet business needs while maintaining performance and compatibility.

Take ownership of tasks and develop into a subject matter expert. Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system reliability. Document configuration changes and application modifications. Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

A strong command of Node.js is essential for this role. Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture is beneficial. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, integration techniques, and cloud platforms is expected. Knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration workflows is required. The ability to work with low-code platforms for customization is also important. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is necessary, alongside a full-time education spanning 15 years.
