The position is for a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The role is full-time and based in our Pune office, with a required educational background of 15 years of full-time education.

As an independent contributor, you are expected to become a subject matter expert (SME) and actively participate in team discussions. You will contribute to problem-solving by providing effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations. You will also monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability, and document all configuration changes. Assisting junior team members with guidance and best practices is also a core part of the role.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). A strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or SaaS environments is essential.

Proficiency in using application programming interfaces for integration and extending platform capabilities is necessary. Familiarity with low-code development platforms for efficient business solution implementation is also required.
