This role focuses on configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. The engineer will tailor features, manage software releases, and ensure the overall stability of systems. Utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms, the goal is to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance.

The engineer will work with various technologies to deliver solutions that meet organizational objectives. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and enhance application functionality.

This position requires a strong understanding of packaged and SaaS application environments, emphasizing adaptability and problem-solving to support evolving business requirements.

Take ownership of tasks, developing into a subject matter expert in application configuration and support.

Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical configurations.

Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.

Document all configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.

Mentor and assist junior team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.

Proficiency in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring feature alignment and system stability.

Experience with standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to develop solutions that meet business needs without compromising compatibility or performance.

Must possess strong skills in Microsoft Azure Databricks.

Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.

A total of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
