Seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or SaaS applications. This role involves managing releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to meet business needs. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and performance.

This position requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and the ability to work independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement application enhancements and troubleshoot issues.

Key responsibilities include monitoring application performance, documenting configuration changes, and maintaining a knowledge base. You will also share your expertise to guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.

- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align with business requirements. - Manage application releases and ensure overall system stability. - Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms for solution development. - Act as an independent Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and enhancement implementation. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues. - Document all configuration changes and maintain a knowledge base. - Provide guidance and share knowledge with junior team members.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules for IT service processes. - Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and best practices. - Experience with APIs for integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms and tools. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within ServiceNow environments. - A 15-year full-time education is required.
