The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and involves designing, building, and configuring intelligent agent-based solutions using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.

As a senior developer, you will support the development and deployment of Salesforce agents that align with business requirements. This position demands strong Salesforce development fundamentals and practical experience with Agentforce capabilities. Collaboration with team members to implement agent workflows, integrations, and configurations is key, ensuring both quality and adherence to platform best practices.

Design, configure, and implement Salesforce agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes. Build intricate agent workflows, prompts, and orchestration logic. Develop supporting Salesforce components utilizing Apex, LWC, and Flows. Collaborate closely with functional teams to grasp agent use cases. Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data and external systems effectively. Participate actively in technical discussions and solution design activities. Adhere strictly to Agentforce implementation standards and best practices. Assist in the testing, deployment, and validation of agent solutions. Support defect resolution and ongoing optimization activities. Document agent configurations and technical flows meticulously. Continuously expand knowledge of new Agentforce features and AI capabilities.

Demonstrate strong Salesforce development skills with hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. Possess basic hands-on exposure to Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes. Understand fundamental conversational AI principles. Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce APIs and integration techniques. Familiarity with Salesforce security, the sharing model, and governor limits. Ability to develop maintainable and scalable solutions is essential. Exhibit strong problem-solving and communication skills. Possess Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Mandatory). Salesforce Administrator and Agentforce Specialist certifications are preferred or in progress. Experience working in Agile teams and 3-5 years of Salesforce experience are required. 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite.
