We are seeking a skilled Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support our packaged or SaaS applications. This role involves tailoring features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability.

You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to develop solutions that align with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand requirements and adapt applications is key to success in this position.

- Take ownership of tasks, becoming a subject matter expert in your domain. - Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements. - Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal operation. - Document all configuration changes and maintain a knowledge base for future reference. - Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with a strong focus on ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD). - Proven ability to configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet specific business requirements. - Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, including release management and version control. - Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. - Experience working with low-code/no-code platforms for scalable solution development. - Excellent problem-solving skills to efficiently identify and resolve technical challenges. - A 15-year full-time education is required.
