Seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or cloud-based applications. This role focuses on adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability through the use of standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms.

Responsibilities include aligning solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. The engineer will act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related challenges.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) is required. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and its integration capabilities.

Proficiency in configuring workflows, business rules, and service catalog items within ServiceNow HRSD is essential. The role also requires experience with APIs and low-code development tools for customization and extension of application functionality.

Familiarity with release management processes and troubleshooting SaaS application issues is expected. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this position.
