This role focuses on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring features are adapted, releases are managed, and system stability is maintained. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and optimal performance.

- Independently perform duties and become a Subject Matter Expert. - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. - Provide effective solutions to work-related challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into configurations. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability. - Document configuration changes for knowledge sharing. - Guide junior team members and share best practices.

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience is required. - Must possess proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). - Strong understanding of configuring and customizing packaged or SaaS applications. - Experience with APIs for integration and platform extension. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms. - Ability to manage release cycles and ensure system stability. - Skilled in translating business needs into compatible and performant technical configurations. - Requires 15 years of full-time education.
