- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management is required. - Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management and Contract Management. - Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or SaaS environments. - Experience with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application capabilities. - Ability to manage software releases and ensure system stability. - Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques in complex application landscapes. - Good communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration. - 15 years of full-time education is required.
