You will adapt features, manage releases, and ensure the ongoing stability of our systems. Utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms, you'll align solutions with business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compatibility.

You will be expected to function as a Subject Matter Expert and actively contribute to team discussions. This includes providing effective solutions to work-related challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements. Key duties involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues for high availability, documenting changes, and mentoring junior team members.

This position requires proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), including experience in its configuration and customization. A strong understanding of application release management, deployment processes, and integration techniques using APIs is essential. Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms for rapid development and automation is also expected. The candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in this domain and have completed 15 years of full-time education.
