We are seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with a strong command of the ServiceNow platform. Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet diverse business needs is essential.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments. The ability to work effectively with low-code platforms to develop and deploy scalable solutions is also crucial.

Familiarity with release management processes and tools is required to ensure smooth application updates. Competence in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to maintain application stability is expected.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience with ServiceNow and a foundation of 15 years of full-time education. The position is based at our Bengaluru office.
