- Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM). - Proven experience in configuring and customizing packaged or SaaS applications. - Familiarity with application programming interfaces (APIs) and integration techniques. - Proficiency in utilizing low-code platforms for solution development and adaptation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address system stability and performance issues. - Good communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders. - Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
