We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Developer/Consultant to design, implement, and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

This role focuses on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring feature adaptation, release management, and system stability. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and cloud infrastructure integrations, collaborating with various teams to enhance operational visibility and automate IT processes.

Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and CMDB. Configure and maintain MID Servers for discovery and integrations. Develop and optimize discovery schedules, patterns, probes, and sensors. Build and maintain Service Maps for end-to-end business service visibility. Configure Event Management, alert correlation, and automated remediation workflows. Ensure CMDB health, data governance, reconciliation, and normalization best practices. Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace) and develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Scripted APIs. Create and customize ServiceNow platform components like Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer workflows. Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and support upgrades. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to deliver scalable ITOM solutions. Prepare technical documentation and participate in Agile ceremonies.

We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Key qualifications include strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM, with expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and MID Server administration. Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub is essential.

Knowledge of CMDB architecture, CSDM, identification and reconciliation rules, and data governance is required. Experience integrating with enterprise monitoring and observability tools, and understanding of Windows, Linux, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are also necessary. Familiarity with ITIL processes and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are expected.
