- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). - Solid understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Proven experience with APIs and integrating third-party tools within ServiceNow ITOM. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms and configuration management. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose and resolve issues. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
