Join our team as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support critical applications. This role focuses on adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms. You'll align solutions with business needs while maintaining high compatibility and performance.

- Become a subject matter expert and perform independently. - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. - Provide effective solutions to work-related challenges. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations. - Monitor application performance and identify areas for enhancement. - Document configuration changes for knowledge sharing. - Guide junior team members and share best practices.

- Minimum 3 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs). - Experience with LLM post-training using SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, Reinforcement Learning, preference optimization, or distillation. - Strong fundamentals in PyTorch, Transformers, and TRL. - Experience with synthetic data, evaluation harnesses, and domain-specific benchmarks. - Interest in agentic coding, tool-use, and domain-specialized models. - Proficiency in application integration techniques and API management. - Experience with low-code or no-code platforms is a plus. - Familiarity with software release management and version control processes is beneficial. - A full-time education spanning 15 years is required.
