We are seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). A strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows is essential.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, along with experience working with APIs for system integration, is required. Familiarity with low-code development platforms is also beneficial.

Candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail to ensure system stability. A full-time education spanning 15 years is a prerequisite for this role.
