As an integral part of the team, you will be expected to perform independently and evolve into a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are essential, as is providing solutions to work-related challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements, monitor application performance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability. Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases, while also assisting junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.

A strong proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery is a must-have, coupled with a deep understanding of IT operations management and discovery processes. Experience integrating ServiceNow modules using APIs and web services is highly valued. Familiarity with low-code platforms for customization and extension, alongside knowledge of release management and change control within SaaS environments, will be beneficial. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues is key to ensuring system reliability. A minimum of three years of experience specifically in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery is required, and a 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
