Seeking a skilled Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or SaaS applications. This role focuses on adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability.

You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs, maintaining essential compatibility and performance standards.

Key responsibilities include independent performance and subject matter expertise development. Active participation in team discussions and contributing solutions to work-related challenges are expected.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and application enhancement implementation. Monitoring application performance, troubleshooting issues for continuous availability, and documenting configuration changes are also vital.

Additionally, you will assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application support tasks.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, specifically with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies within AWS environments is essential.

Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques for connecting packaged or SaaS applications is necessary. Knowledge of low-code platforms for customizing software solutions is also required.

Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to application configuration and support are crucial. A total of 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory qualification.
