As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or software-as-a-service applications. Your role will involve tailoring features to meet evolving business needs, managing application releases, and ensuring system stability and performance. You'll leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to create solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency.

Independently perform tasks and develop expertise, becoming a subject matter expert. Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and document configuration changes. Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding best practices.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) is required, with a total experience range of 2-5 years. Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules is essential. Familiarity with application lifecycle management, including release and deployment processes, is expected. Experience with APIs and integration techniques, along with the ability to use low-code/no-code platforms for rapid development and automation, is beneficial. A strong understanding of troubleshooting and performance tuning within ServiceNow environments is also key. Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
