We are seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or SaaS applications. This role involves adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance.

This position offers an opportunity to become a subject matter expert and actively contribute to team discussions. You will be instrumental in providing solutions to work-related challenges and collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective application configurations.

Your responsibilities will include configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. You will manage application features, oversee release processes, and ensure the stability and performance of systems. The role requires tailoring solutions using various tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility.

Key duties involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues to maintain high availability, and documenting processes and configurations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality. Assisting junior team members through guidance and support is also part of the role.

The ideal candidate possesses proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse and has experience with data integration and management within cloud-based data platforms. Familiarity with application programming interfaces and their use in system customization is essential. Experience with low-code or no-code platforms to enhance application adaptability is highly desirable.

Strong analytical skills to assess system performance metrics and implement improvements are required. Excellent problem-solving abilities to effectively address technical challenges are crucial. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse is mandatory. Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
