As an engineer, you'll be expected to operate independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation in team discussions and contributing to problem-solving are key. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, implement enhancements, and monitor application performance. Troubleshooting issues to maintain system reliability and documenting configuration changes for compliance are also essential duties. Additionally, you'll support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), CMDB Discovery, and the ServiceNow portal. A strong grasp of configuration management principles and database management is required. Proficiency with APIs and integration techniques for connecting packaged applications is essential. Familiarity with low-code platforms for customization and extending application functionality is also a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills are necessary for delivering efficient and maintainable solutions. A full-time education spanning 15 years is a prerequisite for this role.
