As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, your day will involve configuring and supporting these applications to tailor features to evolving business needs. You'll manage software releases and ensure system reliability.
Utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms, you will deliver solutions that meet organizational goals while preserving compatibility and performance. Collaboration with teams to address operational challenges and continuous monitoring of application health are also integral to the role.
Perform independently and develop into a subject matter expert. Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. Provide solutions to work-related challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability. Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories. Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform is required. Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform is essential. Experience with API Management is beneficial. Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices within the Mulesoft ecosystem. Experience in designing, developing, and deploying APIs and integrations using Mulesoft tools. Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in streamlining integration processes. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to ensure seamless data flow. A 15-year full-time education is mandatory.
