Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, tailoring features to align with evolving business requirements.

Manage application releases effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to users.

Maintain system stability and performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.

Leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to develop and implement solutions efficiently.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

Preserve application compatibility and performance throughout the configuration and support process.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for this role, with a preference for candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Must have hands-on expertise with ServiceNow, including its portal capabilities.

Demonstrated experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM/SOMT), with a significant focus on Order Management, Order Orchestration, and Order Activation.

Strong understanding of order decomposition, orchestration, fulfillment, and activation workflows.

Proven ability to configure and support the lifecycle of simple to complex products, bundles, promotions, and pricing rules.

Experience managing the end-to-end transaction lifecycle across Opportunity, Quote, Order, Agreement, and Product Inventory.

Proficiency in attribute mapping between commercial and technical products/services.

Experience integrating SOM/SOMT with OSS/BSS and external systems using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, or middleware solutions.

Working knowledge of Logik CPQ, encompassing product catalog configuration, product modeling, and the configuration of complex products, bundles, and commercial offers.

Familiarity with CPQ configuration rules, validation rules, dependencies, pricing logic, and the Quote-to-Order handover process into Order Management.

Awareness of Logik Open APIs (REST) and how CPQ integrates with ServiceNow, including basic troubleshooting of CPQ integrations.

Experience working within Agile/SAFe delivery teams, including the refinement of features into user stories.

Fluency in English is mandatory, with German being a plus.

Mandatory certifications include ServiceNow CSA and ServiceNow CAD.
