Join our team as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a role focused on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. You will manage releases, ensure system stability, and leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms. The goal is to adapt features and align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance.

This position requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud Application Architecture. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and efficiency through AI-first solutions, designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks.

- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, adapting features and managing releases. - Ensure system stability and leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms. - Align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. - Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges. - Automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows. - Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. - Assist in developing and implementing best practices for application support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience is required for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Application Architecture and Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture is essential. A strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is also necessary. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture, along with experience in application support and troubleshooting methodologies.

Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques is beneficial. The ability to clearly document technical processes and solutions is expected. Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education. Alignment of AI capabilities with business objectives, ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization, is a key requirement.
