- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with a strong focus on ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). - Demonstrated ability to configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications. - Experience with APIs and low-code platforms for extending application functionality. - Proficiency in release management and ensuring system stability. - Familiarity with troubleshooting and performance monitoring tools for packaged applications. - Effective communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - A full-time education spanning 15 years is required.
