Join our team as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, focusing on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. You will adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms. This role requires a strong focus on aligning solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance, with ServiceNow as a key skill.

This position offers a full-time opportunity to work on exciting projects. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in this domain. A foundational educational background of 15 years of full-time education is expected for this role.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will primarily support the ServiceNow implementation by designing and building robust order capture, decomposition, and orchestration capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing, developing, and configuring end-to-end ServiceNow Order Management (OMT/SOMT) solutions. - Implementing order capture, decomposition, orchestration plans, and fulfilment task flows. - Configuring the telecom product catalog, product offerings, specifications, and product-to-service mapping. - Building Quote-to-Order and Order-to-Activate journeys, including status tracking, milestones, and jeopardy handling. - Ensuring correct alignment of order objects with the product and account models for accurate decomposition and fulfillment. - Developing scripts, business rules, script includes, ACLs, and scoped applications adhering to OMT best practices. - Supporting catalog and order data migration, environment setup, update set deployment, and release activities. - Triaging order management defects, performing root-cause analysis, and supporting SIT, UAT, and hypercare phases.

Additionally, you will provide support for Customer Service Management (CSM) configuration, build integrations using IntegrationHub and TMF APIs, implement automation with Flow Designer and Playbooks, and support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT/SOMT). Key mandatory skills include strong hands-on OMT/SOMT development and configuration on the ServiceNow platform, with in-depth knowledge of order capture, decomposition, orchestration, and the telecom product catalog. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, scripting, and scoped application development is essential.

Working knowledge of CSM and CLM data concepts, product model, and account model is required. Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and Flow Designer automation is also crucial. A foundational understanding of Configure Price Quote (CPQ) concepts is necessary.

Preferred skills encompass telecommunications industry experience, telecom product catalog management, and exposure to CSM case management and CLM contract lifecycle processes. Familiarity with CPQ integration, Playbooks, Now Assist, and ATF automated testing is advantageous. Candidates must hold a ServiceNow CSA certification and SOMT Accreditation, with CAD, CIS-CSM, or other relevant ServiceNow certifications being preferred.
