You'll leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to build solutions that align with business objectives while maintaining optimal performance and compatibility. This position requires active collaboration to monitor system health and implement necessary enhancements.

As a key contributor, you will independently manage tasks and become a subject matter expert, actively participating in team discussions and offering solutions to complex problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective application configurations. Monitor system performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement to improve user experience and documenting all configuration changes for maintenance and audits.

Share your expertise by assisting junior team members, providing guidance on best practices, and contributing to a knowledge-sharing environment.

A strong foundation in application configuration and release management processes is essential.

Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is a primary requirement, along with experience integrating third-party tools via APIs. Familiarity with low-code development platforms to extend application functionality is also beneficial.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring application stability and performance. A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically with ServiceNow SPM is required, alongside a 15-year full-time education.
