This role focuses on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. Key responsibilities include adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring overall system stability. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to develop solutions that meet business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance.

As an integral part of the team, you'll contribute to providing solutions for work-related challenges and actively participate in team discussions. The role demands independent performance and the development of subject matter expertise. You will also analyze application performance and user feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Configure and support packaged/SaaS applications, adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability. Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs, preserving compatibility and performance. Perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Actively participate and contribute in team discussions. Provide solutions to work-related problems. Analyze application performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience is required, with at least 3 years specifically in Unix Shell Scripting. Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting is essential. Experience with Oracle PLSQL, Oracle BRM, and Linux are considered advantageous. A strong understanding of scripting and automation techniques is necessary to enhance application functionality. Familiarity with system integration and API management is expected for ensuring seamless data flow. Experience with version control systems for managing code changes and application releases is beneficial. 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement for this position.
