Engage as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, focusing on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. This role involves adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring overall system stability. You'll leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to develop solutions that align with business needs while maintaining optimal compatibility and performance.

As a Salesforce AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring Salesforce applications to meet intricate business process and application requirements. Operating as a senior developer, you will contribute independently to project deliverables. Collaboration with team members is key to implementing high-quality, scalable solutions.

Your daily activities will encompass understanding functional requirements, developing robust components, and utilizing AI-assisted development tools to enhance efficiency and code quality. You will actively contribute to technical discussions and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Key responsibilities include designing, building, and configuring Salesforce applications in line with business requirements. You will undertake development activities independently, requiring minimal supervision. Active participation in team discussions and technical reviews is essential.

Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Copado AI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude to enhance development processes. Support configuration and customization across various Salesforce modules.

Contribute to problem-solving discussions, proposing effective solutions. Adhere to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards. Assist in unit testing and support integration testing. Participate in documenting technical components and workflows. Continuously learn new Salesforce features, AI tools, and platform capabilities. Provide support for defect fixing and minor enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for this role, with the ideal candidate possessing 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience. A strong proficiency in Salesforce development is mandatory, with hands-on experience in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

Understanding of the Salesforce data model, security settings, and sharing rules is crucial. Basic experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is necessary, along with knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and performance considerations. Familiarity with Salesforce design principles and development best practices is expected.

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory. Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce AI Associate, and Agentforce Specialist certifications are preferred. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments and exposure to enterprise Salesforce implementations are highly valued. Completion of 15 years of full-time education is a requirement.
