As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will tailor application features to evolving business requirements, manage application releases, and ensure system stability and performance. Your daily activities will involve using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals. Collaboration with teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is key.

Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. Provide solutions to work-related challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability. Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories. Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Must have proficiency in Python. Possess a strong understanding of SaaS application architecture and deployment models. Experience with APIs and integrating third-party services is essential. Familiarity with low-code platforms for customizing packaged software is required. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently is crucial. Good communication skills are necessary for effective stakeholder collaboration. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Python is mandatory. A full-time education of 15 years is also required.
