Join us as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or SaaS applications. Your role will involve adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability. You'll leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that meet business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance.

This position focuses on ServiceNow development, particularly within the OMT-CPQ domain. A strong foundation in ServiceNow development and configuration is essential for success in this role.

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs. Preserve compatibility and performance of the system. Implement and configure ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM/SOMT), focusing on Order Management, Order Orchestration, and Order Activation. Develop strong experience with order decomposition, orchestration, fulfilment, and activation workflows. Configure and support the lifecycle of simple and complex products, bundles, promotions, and pricing rules. Manage the end-to-end transaction lifecycle across Opportunity, Quote, Order, Agreement, and Product Inventory. Perform attribute mapping between commercial and technical products/services. Integrate SOM/SOMT with OSS/BSS and external systems using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, or middleware. Work within Agile/SAFe delivery teams and refine features into user stories.

Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience. Possess mandatory skills in ServiceNow Portal and proven hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM/SOMT). Demonstrate strong experience with order decomposition, orchestration, fulfillment, and activation workflows. Exhibit experience in configuring and supporting product lifecycles, bundles, promotions, and pricing rules. Have experience with the end-to-end transaction lifecycle. Possess attribute mapping skills between commercial and technical products/services. Show experience integrating SOM/SOMT with OSS/BSS and external systems using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, or middleware. Have a working understanding of Logik CPQ, including product catalog configuration, product modeling, and complex product configuration. Demonstrate a working understanding of CPQ configuration rules, validation rules, dependencies, and pricing logic. Possess awareness of Logik Open APIs (REST) and CPQ integration with ServiceNow. Have experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery teams, including refining features into user stories. Require 15 years of full-time education.
