A strong proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) is mandatory. Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet specific business needs is required.

Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques within the ServiceNow platform is necessary. The ability to work with low-code development tools to streamline application enhancements is expected. Strong problem-solving skills are crucial for addressing technical challenges and optimizing system performance.

Understanding of release management processes and version control in a SaaS environment is important. A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in ServiceNow HRSD is required. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this position.
