Monitoring application performance, troubleshooting issues, and documenting changes are key aspects of ensuring optimal system functionality.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to align with business objectives is essential. You should be familiar with APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments and capable of utilizing low-code platforms for development and automation. Strong problem-solving skills are required to address technical challenges and optimize system performance. An understanding of release management processes and version control for packaged applications is expected. This role requires a full-time education equivalent to 15 years of schooling.
