Your day-to-day will involve adapting applications to meet evolving business needs, overseeing software releases, and collaborating with various teams. The aim is to ensure seamless user experiences and operational efficiency through effective application management.

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you are expected to become a subject matter expert and perform independently. Your role involves active participation in team discussions and contributing to problem-solving by providing effective solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements, while also monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities include documenting configuration changes, maintaining detailed system update records, and assisting junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a strong proficiency in SAP EWM as a must-have skill. Experience with SAP TM Transportation Management is highly desirable. A solid understanding of warehouse management processes and their integration with enterprise systems is essential.

Candidates should be adept at using APIs and low-code platforms for application customization and extension. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to packaged and SaaS applications is crucial. Familiarity with software release management and version control practices is also expected. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory qualification for this position.
