We are seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or SaaS applications. This role involves adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring overall system stability. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to create solutions that align with business requirements while maintaining system compatibility and optimal performance.

Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with diverse teams to achieve business objectives. You'll focus on troubleshooting and enhancing application performance, ensuring seamless and efficient operations to meet user expectations.

This role requires independent performance and development into a subject matter expert (SME). You will actively contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related challenges. Key responsibilities include assisting with the configuration and support of packaged or SaaS applications to meet dynamic business needs. You will also be involved in performance testing and optimization to guarantee system stability and efficiency.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy is essential. Proficiency in application configuration and management is required. Familiarity with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration is beneficial. The ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements is crucial. Experience with troubleshooting techniques for packaged applications is expected. Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
