Seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or SaaS applications. This role involves adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance.

Independently perform and become a subject matter expert, actively participate in team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and document configuration changes for knowledge sharing. Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Must possess strong proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM). Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules is essential. Familiarity with APIs, integration techniques, and low-code platforms for development and automation is required. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of release management within SaaS environments. A minimum of 3 years of experience is necessary for this role, with a requirement of 15 years of full-time education.
