Join our team as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, focusing on configuring and supporting essential packaged or Software as a Service applications. This role is key to adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring robust system stability. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to create solutions that meet business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compatibility.

We are seeking an individual to become a subject matter expert and contribute independently. Active participation in team discussions and problem-solving is expected. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and monitor system performance. The role also involves documenting changes and assisting junior team members.

- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business needs. - Manage application releases and ensure overall system stability and performance. - Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms for solution development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. - Document configuration changes and system updates. - Provide guidance and share knowledge with junior team members.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - Hands-on expertise with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, Jira ITSM, or Remedy (admin & configuration). - Understanding of ITIL v4 Foundation principles, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management. - Experience with SLA ownership and KPI reporting. - Proficiency in scripting for automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash. - Experience in major incident management and RCA facilitation. - A 15-year full-time education is required. - This position is based in our Hyderabad office.
