Spearhead the design and ongoing development of packaged or SaaS solutions. This role involves managing configurations, integrations, and release cycles, while establishing platform standards for optimal stability, performance, and adherence to business and vendor requirements.

This position focuses on driving the evolution of packaged and SaaS applications. Responsibilities include overseeing solution configuration, managing system integrations, and ensuring smooth release processes. A key aspect is defining and enforcing platform standards to maintain solution stability, performance, and compliance with business and vendor constraints.

Provide Level 2 support for DELMIA Manufacturing users, assisting with MBOM, Routing, Work Instructions, and PPR activities. Analyze and resolve user incidents with root cause analysis, and manage Service Requests with Dassault Systèmes. Support NC Programming and NC Simulation, validate machine, process, and configuration changes, and facilitate DELMIA integrations with NCSimul, TDM, and IMS.

Coordinate deployment validation across DEV, QAL, and PROD environments. Collaborate with macro developers for solution testing and validation. Develop user stories, test cases, and functional documentation. Gather and analyze manufacturing business requirements, create and maintain MBOM, Routing, and Process Plans, and define/manage Product, Process & Resource (PPR) structures. Validate Work Instructions, conduct functional testing, UAT, and solution validation. Offer functional support and incident resolution, liaising with technical teams for enhancements and fixes. Conduct user training, KT sessions, and manage documentation. Support change management and process improvements, ensuring adherence to manufacturing and PLM best practices.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is mandatory for this role. The ideal candidate will possess deep proficiency in the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite.
